If you have decided to transition from Sole Trader or Partnership to a Limited Company, you will need to keep up with the annual Confirmation Statements, year end accounts, changes in share capital or Memorandum of Articles. All these are required to be filed appropriately and on time to Companies House.
We can take on that process for you!
We will remind you when deadlines are approaching, and also complete the relevant paperwork for submission. Leaving you to just read and approve the documents, and we will make all the relevant submissions.
We can provide a basic package from £60 per year to include 3 submissions per year. 1 x Confirmation Statement, 2 x other submissions and Submission Deadline reminders.
